Private Duty – Total Homecare Solutions offers in-home private duty nursing services to assist seniors, adults, and children with complex medical needs. THS will work with your family and loved one to develop a plan that delivers the services that are most needed. We strive to achieve the most comfortable lifestyle for each individual and ensure that each treatment plan is tailored to the individual and changes as necessary. THS is committed to working with each individual and their family to collaboratively develop a relationship that best serves the individual.

Companion Care – Total Homecare Solutions is dedicated to helping individuals transition from care facilities back into their homes through our comprehensive companionship services. Our services allow for a seamless transition without interruption to the care that each individual may require.
THS’s Companionship Services include, but are not limited to:

Respite Care – The responsibilities of caring for a family member are both rewarding and exhausting at the same time. Total Homecare Solutions understands the physical, emotional, and mental strain of caring for a loved one, and we are experts at stepping in to provided that relief for the primary caregiver. THS’s caregivers will provide this relief in any location, minimizing the changes in environment and routine for everyone involved. Sitter Services – Total Homecare Solutions can provide emergency services anywhere and at anytime. We know the difficulties associated with major life changes and caring for your loved ones. Our professional and trustworthy caregivers are available to sit with you or your loved one in a medical facility or personal residence for as little or as long as necessary.
THS’s facility and in-home sitter services may include the following:
• Medication Reminding (medication, dates, routines, etc.)
• Assuring patient supervision through the night
• Assisting with meals and feeding
• Patient Monitoring (i.e. ensuring patient stays in bed, IVs remain in place, etc.)
• Providing companionship and conversation
• Seeking emergency medical assistance when necessary
